Tin Works Co  was established in 1956 by a group of business men ,for the purpose of manufacturing metal cans of  various sizes and shapes . initially , production was limited to cans for foods packaging .However as of late seventies, the products list was considerably enhanced ,to include cans for packaging foods and chemical items ,using imported  printed and unpainted tinplate sheets .

The company (of limited liability type)  , has made it it’s goal to continually improve the standard of it’s products by regularly  investing heavily  in new machinery , parts as well as skilled manpower. The long experience attained  in the manufacturing tin cans made the company product ,  the gold standards  in this industry, as well as  the  trusted partner  of  local food packaging companies as well as ,  whole sale  customers and exporters of olive and olive oil , to the gulf region .

in 1998 , Tin works Co  established a sister company, in partnership with other entities  , for the manufacturing of plastic containers , again for food and chemical products . The company  , since then, the company  managed to secure the supply for  large part of the local market ,Currently the company  products containers ranging from   sizes  18Lt to 2Lt. Plans are underway  to develop the production capability for other sizes required by the local market.
